We have exciting opportunities in a range of bars, pubs and clubs for candidates who have experience working within the Hospitality sector.

We are keen to speak with SIA licensed Door Supervisors in and around the BOUREMOUTH area, who want regular Friday and Saturday work, in established venues, earning competitive rates of pay.

Ideal candidates will be professional, take a pride in their appearance and have good customer service skills enabling them to interact with a range of clients and customers.

Job Specification: 

• This is a part-time role.
• Regular work Friday and Saturday evenings 
• It will be between 10-12 hours per week.
• Shifts are usually between 5-6 hours.
• It is a PAYE position – NOT CASH IN HAND

Candidates Duties Include:

• Controlling entry and exit routes.
• Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue.
• Crowd control.
• Monitoring customer behaviour.
• Carrying out ID checks.
• Screening and searching individuals.

Applicants Must:

• Hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor badge.
• Have proven experience within the security industry.
• Have good communication skills and be customer service focused.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Be presentable on site, wearing the correct uniform.
