Qualifications & Training

Essential

• Basic keyboard skills
• GCSE/’O’ Level in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above ) or equivalent qualification or experience

Knowledge & Experience

Essential

• Working in a customer services background
• Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality issues

Desirable

• Previous experience of working with the general public
• Applying New Technology. Seizes opportunities to learn about and implement new technology to enhance personal and team performance
