Summary
Part-time Receptionist required for established law firm in M9, North Manchester
The roles and responsibilities are:-
Answering the telephone
Taking accurate messages from both clients and external organisations
Dealing with clients face to face
Emailing staff within the organisation
Stationery stock control
Periodical Fire Alarm Checks
Knowledge required – A knowledge of client requirements and the ability to deal with them professionally and helpfully
Experience required – Previous experience as a receptionist is desirable but not essential – training will be given
The right candidate should have a good telephone manner, common sense, a professional attitude and good communication skills
