Production Operatives/Warehouse Operatives

• Full Time and part time positions available, working between 25hrs – 45hrs per week (including paid breaks)

A leading pharmaceutical company based in Bolton, Greater Manchester is looking to expand its Operations & Warehouse team; We seek reliable, quality driven individuals to join our business.

Reporting Directly to a Supervisor, the position requires the following Key Skills and Experience:

• An ability to pay attention to detail is of high importance as there is no room for error.
• Proven numeracy skills.
• You must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with staff at all levels.
• You must be able to work responsibility on your own and complete all tasks given to you by your manager and complete them in a timely manner, meeting all set targets.
• You must be motivated and be able to successfully meet all departmental requirements, with a desire to go beyond the call of duty to exceed expectations.
• Previous experience using automated warehouse systems or pharmaceutical production experience is an advantage.
• Full training provided.

Hours of Work

We operate 5 days a week on various shifts patterns so hours of work may change depending on the needs of the business and you may be required to move to a different working areas or shift pattern as required.

The main shifts we are looking to fill positions in currently are:

• Part time – 35 Hours per Week Monday through Friday, 16:45pm – 23:45pm
• Mid-shift- Full time- 45 hours Per Week Monday Through Friday – 11:30-20:30.
• Part time – 25 Hours Per Week Monday Through Friday, 16:00-21:00
• Some flexibility required to suit key operational hours.

Hourly Rate: £12.35 per hour
