Summary
My very busy well-established clients are looking for an experienced Part Time Order Processor/Administrator to start ASAP.
Monday-Friday part time 25 hours per week
Salary £24k-£25k pro rata
Order Processor/Administrator Duties and tasks:
• Answering phones, transferring calls and taking messages.
• Inputting orders onto the computer
• Some warm sales upselling when taking orders to increase order value.
• Buying in multiple currencies and then converting it to pounds and putting the mark up on.
• Meeting and greeting customers/guests
• Sorting and distributing post
• General administration as required
Must be computer literate using Microsoft word and excel, ideally have some sage experience.
