Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to help manage our office operations, support client communication, coordinate projects, and assist with administrative and contract tasks.

Administrative & Office Management

• Handle day-to-day office tasks like scheduling, document organization, and records management
• Maintain company files, legal documents, and contracts
• Order supplies and manage basic vendor communications
• Organize internal meetings and take meeting minutes

Client Support & Communication

• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries
• Ensure timely responses and follow-ups with clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Track client service issues and support ticket follow-ups

Project Coordination

• Help plan and track simple project timelines and task lists
• Follow up with team members to meet project deadlines
• Keep clients updated on project status and next steps

Contract & Compliance Support

• Assist with preparing and reviewing client contracts
• Ensure all agreements are accurate and up to date
• Support basic legal compliance filings and processes

General Support

• Help the team with other operational or administrative tasks as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £39,000.00 per year
