Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting of properties. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families find their ideal homes or investment properties.

Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings.
• Provide clients with market analysis and property evaluations.
• Prepare and present offers on behalf of clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends and regulations.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts within the industry to generate leads.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple listings and client relationships simultaneously.
• Administrative skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the buying or selling process.
• Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for serving a diverse clientele.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
