To join our team, we are looking for a Domiciliary Care Worker who is kind, committed, and experienced. The ideal applicant must be compassionate and genuinely interested in helping those in need live better lives. To deliver excellent, person-centred care that preserves the clients’ autonomy and standard of living.

The candidate must be able to drive a car with business insurance and possess a UK driver’s license.

Duties

• Help clients with personal care activities like grooming, clothing, and bathing.
• Encouraging or helping to administer medication as directed is known as medication management.
• Practical Support: Assisting with shopping, minor housework, and meal preparation.
• Companionship: Offer emotional support and social connection.
• Respecting Care Plans: Complying with personalised care plans created by medical experts.
• Documentation and reporting

Requirements

• It is necessary to have experience in domiciliary care settings.
• Understanding of the concepts and practices of patient care
• Consistency in the provision of care depends on dependability and timeliness.
• Certification in training, care certificate, NVQ, or other medical credentials
• Outstanding communication abilities, establishing trust with clients, and successfully interacting with families and coworkers.
• The capacity to labour on one’s own.
• Flexibility and the capacity to adjust to the demands of the position, as well as the evolving needs of clients.

Experience

• One year of home care (recommended)
• Strong communication skills in English are essential for interacting effectively with residents and colleagues.
• Should have requisite abilities and be committed to improving the lives of others. Also, willingness to travel
• A driving licence from the UK (recommended) is preferred for roles that may involve transporting clients or running errands.

Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time
