**Job Summary:**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our growing team. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications:**
– Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not essential.
– A genuine passion for helping others and providing high-quality care.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
– Relevant certifications (e.g., Health and Social Care qualifications) are an advantage.
