Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Fast Food Attendants to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food items. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including dining and kitchen spaces.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the till efficiently.
• Assist in restocking supplies as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is advantageous but not essential.
