Due to an increase in demand, Copius Group is currently recruiting additional Electrical Installation Technicians to work on a Project across various Substations across the USA.
Visa Sponsorship: Copius America Inc offers visa sponsorship, providing comprehensive support throughout the visa application processes and appointment scheduling.
As part of the visa criteria, these particular roles are exclusively available to individuals holding UK or Irish passports only.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in installing and testing below-grade conduit and ground grid installations
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Installation of above-grade rigid conduit and cable tray
- Skilled in cable installation and terminations
- Experience with metering, communication, and relaying systems (electro-mechanical and solid-state)
- Proficient in all phases of electrical and instrumentation system installation and inspection
- Minimum 10 years experience
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Valid electrical certificate
- Knowledge of high-voltage equipment maintenance and repair
- Proficient with electrical tools and test equipment (rotation meters, digital test equipment, amp meters, voltmeters, meggers)
- Skilled in substation grounding and installing protection grounds
