Are you a maintenance-trained customer service professional seeking to expand your knowledge and practical experience in a variety of fields, such as plumbing, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering?

You will supervise and manage a variety of maintenance projects throughout northwest London in this multifaceted role. You will interact with customers and speak on behalf of the business. You will be responsible for plumbing, material fittings, electrical maintenance, repairs, and other tasks on both small and large sites within the organisation. You will be given a phone to have on hand in case of unforeseen site faults, but this is uncommon; usually, this happens once a month.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
