Fulfilment Manager Jobs in Leigh
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Coffee Roaster to join our artisan roastery team on a part-time basis. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes coffee, has a keen interest in the roasting process, and is excited about contributing to a growing specialty coffee business. In addition to roasting and order fulfilment, this role includes a sales component—finding new café and hospitality clients—with a generous commission structure.
You will also be expected to be attentive to ongoing messages on social media and messaging apps to make sure that our customers are happy and to deal with any complaints of concerns they may have.
The roasting facility is in Leigh, Lancashire, which we would hope you will want to keep clean and tidy as part of the role.
The role also offers a future business share option for the more entrepreneurial applicant so if you have had experience of running a coffee shop or barista experience and want to expand our business building on those skills, we have a share option available following twelve months of success in the role against clear and supported SMART objectives.
