Actual Pro Rata Salary: £11,295 to £11,656 per annum

The Role… An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well established administrative team. As a Clerical Assistant you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient front of house service to visitors, pupils and parents, both in person and on the telephone. The successful candidate will be required to carry out a range of administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of our school office, working alongside our current office staff to support the Senior Leadership Team and the wider school.

• You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, relating well to both adults and children.
• You will demonstrate excellent organisation skills and ensure tasks are completed within specified timeframes.
• You will be able to work constructively as part of a team and understand your role within the team.
• You will have a good attention to detail, with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• You will demonstrate strong IT skills and have experience of using a range of software packages.
• You will be committed to engage with all staff, children and other stakeholders to promote our wonderful school, so that ‘Together We Shine’!
