Purus Healthcare is hiring a Children’s Support Worker for Residential Care Homes!

• Supervises and monitors residents with special needs such as Challenging behaviour, Autism, ADHD and other disabilities
• Takes responsibility for shifts and service during duty
• Responds to emergencies, offering guidance and support to care workers
• Assists service users with dressing, undressing, washing, toileting, and bathing
• Assist in medication, moving patients from one place to another
• Serves meals and aids with feeding, ensuring overall comfort
• Provides stimulating activities for service users
• Supports daily tasks like letter writing, bill payment, and benefit collection
• Undertakes light cleaning, domestic duties, and meal preparation
• Monitors service users’ conditions (temperature, pulse, respiration, weight)
• Collaborates with professional staff to implement the care plan

Mandatory Requirements

• International Passport
• Share Code/eVisa
• Children Enhanced DBS (Updated services)
• Updated CV
• Training Certificates  (Online & Practical both)
• Moving and Handling (Practical)
• Physical Intervention, De-Escalation, Prevention, Management of Violence & Aggression (Practical)
• Police Clearance Check from Home Country (If any)
• Bank Statement ( Account number and Sort code should be visible)
• All Previous healthcare-related Professional Reference Details  (Mention the Referee’s Name, Contact details and Position)
