What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 6 months of full-time care experience in the last 3 years, including at least 3 months working with children or young people
- A Level 3 qualification in children’s services is highly desirable
- The right to work in the UK
- Commitment to delivering exceptional care and support in a residential setting
