Summary

Are you ready to be part of a fast-paced, smokehouse kitchen where bold flavours meet expert craftsmanship? The Saddle and Smoke is looking for dedicated Commis Chefs and Kitchen Staff to support our culinary team in delivering outstanding smoked meats and classic smokehouse dishes.

Responsibilities:
– Assist chefs in food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain quality and consistency.
– Learn and apply kitchen techniques, including smoking meats and barbecue preparation.
– Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards throughout the kitchen.
– Ensure efficient stock rotation and help with inventory management.
– Work collaboratively with the team to keep service running smoothly.
– Support the kitchen in day-to-day tasks, including prep work and dish maintenance.

Requirements:
– Some kitchen experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
– Passion for food and willingness to learn smoking and barbecue techniques.
– Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
– Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
– Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
