Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing assistance and care to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support in various settings, including senior care, home care, and childcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs, including driving them to appointments or activities as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and hygiene.
• Develop positive relationships with clients and their families, fostering trust and open communication.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to first aid, caregiving techniques, and other relevant areas.

Experience

• Previous experience in senior care or home care is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with meal preparation and dietary requirements is beneficial.
• Experience in medication administration is an advantage.
• A valid driving licence is essential with your own transport
