Conditions:
- Must be requesting a sponsorship transfer and presently possess a Tier 2 skilled worker visa.
- Prior caregiving experience and a solid grasp of the CQC-regulated activity standards
- Empathic, caring, and capable of exhibiting leadership traits
- Willingness to pursue a Health and Social Care Level 3 qualification
- Preferred drivers or those enrolled in driving courses
- It is crucial to be willing to move to Cornwall.
Duties:
- Provide person-centred, high-quality care in accordance with CQC guidelines.
- Assist clients with everyday tasks while encouraging self-reliance and respect.
- Cooperate cooperatively with coworkers and other experts.
- Keep thorough records and make sure all legal requirements are met.
