Conditions:

• Must be requesting a sponsorship transfer and presently possess a Tier 2 skilled worker visa.
• Prior caregiving experience and a solid grasp of the CQC-regulated activity standards
• Empathic, caring, and capable of exhibiting leadership traits
• Willingness to pursue a Health and Social Care Level 3 qualification
• Preferred drivers or those enrolled in driving courses
• It is crucial to be willing to move to Cornwall.

Duties:

• Provide person-centred, high-quality care in accordance with CQC guidelines.
• Assist clients with everyday tasks while encouraging self-reliance and respect.
• Cooperate cooperatively with coworkers and other experts.
• Keep thorough records and make sure all legal requirements are met.
