For our clients who provide excellent care in community healthcare settings, we are looking for committed and caring care assistants. For those who are currently in the UK on a Youth Mobility Visa, Post-Study Visa, or Skilled Worker Visa, this position offers fantastic career growth opportunities.

Important prerequisites:

• Must be now residing in the UK under a youth mobility visa, post-study visa, or skilled worker visa.
• Complete UK driver’s license (required)
• Three months or more of caregiving experience in the UK
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Capacity to establish constructive, encouraging connections with customers
• A calm, understanding, and patient approach to treatment
• Sincere enthusiasm for providing trustworthy, caring assistance

Duties

Whether they are living in their own homes or in residential care facilities, you will be essential in helping people live comfortably, independently, and with dignity. This is a practical position that involves close collaboration with clients to offer emotional support, personal care, and help with everyday tasks.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Pay: £29,000 – £35,000 per annum + Benefits
