Lilttle Piggies Cafe is a small business in Childerditch Hall Drive, CM13 3HD. We are professional and agile.

We are searching for a reliable person to work within our cafe with expansion/ upgrade plans. candidate will be an exceptional team member, capable of working under pressure, self motivated and will have prior experience or willing to learn to preparing Cafe English breakfast, sandwich, panini’s wraps and be innovtive.

This is a full-time position that offers a generous benefits package and company discounts.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling of the day to day operations of the cafe.
• Manage a team of customer service associates and part timers for effective running of the cafe.
• Use your a variety of kitchen equipment to prepare food.
• Prepare and cook a variety of meat and vegetable dishes.
• Communicate well with wait staff and guest about the progress of orders.
• Keep the work place clean and maintain good hygiene practices in the cafe.
• Follow proper health procedures when dealing with food. Ideally should have level 2 food hygiene certification or willing to take one.
• Follow protocol when working with potentially hazardous food items.
• Must have or willing to take the FSA recommended Allergen Training and similar advanced trainings as per the business requirements.
• Manage and lead a set of part timers to ensure a smooth day to day operations.
• Financially astute working in a small business.
• must be punctual, reliable, and have a reliable mode of transport to reach work. (Please note we do Not have direct public transport links)
• Keep the management updated about any issues relating to staffing, food quality , maintenance and health and safety.
• Perform daily checks and end of day cashiering.
• From time to time you may be asked to cover any subsidiary unit if necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,500.00-£31,000.00 per year
